About Classes

Kickboxing and Muay Thai have much in common. Both sports are considered combat sports, that is, the main task of the fighters is to kick and punch using various combat techniques.

In addition, Muay Thai focuses on technique and fighting strategy, in contrast to kickboxing, where physical aspects such as power and speed of punches are the key. Also, each type has its own unique rules, equipment and style, which makes both activities engrossing.

Both sports require physical fitness, stamina and discipline to be successful. Champ Belts offers professional workouts to improve your fitness, master the rules and techniques, and learn how to build effective strategies. We are waiting for you at Champ Belts by Gridin.
